A black truck was traveling south on Redwood Rd. A northbound semi-tractor was turning left onto Associated Avenue. The two vehicles collided at Associated Avenue and Redwood Rood. The driver of the black truck, Manuel Arellano-Solis, 43, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The semi driver was transported to local hospital with neck and back pain.
